Bulbs and seed potato supply issues set to continue in 2019

This year won’t be “one of plenty,” says Taylor’s Bulbs director Adam Taylor, who has warned that 2018’s long, dry summer means extra supplies of dahlias, begonias and seed potatoes are unlikely to be available.
