Deforche parent company officially takes over Thermoflor

SPL Holding, the parent company of, among others, the companies and brands Deforche, Deforche Construct and Forzon has reached agreement with the curator of the Grimbergen Group, which went bankrupt on October 2, to restart Thermoflor, Thermoflor Building and Services and Bright Buildings.
