Denys E. Head Ltd in final stage of sale to Haskins Garden Centres

Roger Head, Managing Director of Denys E. Head, has confirmed that he is in the process of selling the business, Forest Lodge, Garden Style and Birdworld, to Haskins Garden Centres Ltd and is working towards completing the sale over the next few weeks.
