Dobbies has pre-let 75,000 sq ft of retail space at Designer Outlet Cotswolds, where it will be the anchor tenant at the 195,000 sq ft Robert Hitchins retail scheme, to be located at junction 9 of the M5 motorway in Gloucestershire.
