Garden business owner jailed for offences including using 'Notcutts' name

Cambridge Crown Court heard how Thomas Twinley, 38, of Grange Park Fen Road, Cambridge pretended to be associated with Notcutts to increase prices above those quoted and heard from Cambridgeshire County Council Trading Standards how he had tried to pressurise potential clients into having work done.
