Garden centres cautious about catering lockdown easing

Garden centres, which have been unable to open cafes this year, are waiting to see footfall rise before reopening outdoor seating areas and takeaway, with signs suggesting eating outside is likely to reopen before indoor hospitality, perhaps as early as the end of March.
