Garden centres ready to welcome coronavirus lockdown end UPDATED

The reopening of garden centres could still be announced to Parliament tomorrow as part of coronavirus lockdown relaxation measures after Prime Minister Boris Johnson did not include, as he was expected to do in his address to the nation on 10 May, that English garden centres can reopen on 13 May.
