Horticulture industry backs moves to reform packaging producer responsibility system

The HTA, Garden Industry Manufacturers Association (GIMA) and the Garden Centre Association (GCA) have highlighted five areas where they believe the Extended Producer Responsibility(EPR) proposals can be improved.
