Leading MP calls for councils to improve plastic plant pot recycling rates

Neil Parish MP, the Environment Food and Rural Affairs select committee chair, says he is campaigning hard to reduce plastic waste and that local authorities must improve in their recycling of plastic plant pots to cut plastic waste.
