New ‘Hopes and Dreams’ rose named by the public to mark 125 years of Notcutts

‘Hopes and Dreams’ has been chosen by the public as the winning name of a new rose, launched exclusively by Notcutts Garden Centres in celebration of their 125th anniversary this year.
