New RHS director general Clare Matterson to appear at Four Oaks' new conference programme

The chair of the planting for a sustainable future session at Four Oaks trade show (Lower Withington, Cheshire 6-7 September) has been confirmed as Clare Matterson CBE, new RHS director general.
