Plant pot giant Deroma to be taken over by German companies Baikap and Scheurich

Deroma, the world’s leader in terracotta pottery located in the North of Italy, will be taken over “most probably” before the end of 2018 by a cooperation between two German companies, the Bavaria Industries Group AG (Baikap) and the Scheurich GmbH & Co KG.
