Thames Water defends hosepipe ban threat

Thames, which is sponsoring a drought/flood-themed ‘Flourishing Garden’ designed by Tony Woods at Hampton Court Garden Festival (2-7 July) says gardeners can do more to avoid water restrictions after nine months out of the last 12 saw less than average rainfall.
