Theresa Villiers MP takes over from Gove as environment secretary

Theresa Villiers MP has been appointed secretary of state for the environment, food and rural affairs in prime minister Boris Johnson’s cabinet reshuffle, as Michael Gove heads to the Cabinet Office.
