Trespass takes retail unit on former Bridgford Garden Centre site

On behalf of owner Edward Tarbatt, Gilbert Evans has completed negotiations with outdoor clothing retailer Trespass for a 4,500 sq ft unit on a 10-year lease on the former Bridgford Garden Centre site, Nottingham.
