Wyevale garden centre in housing plan

Wyevale has submitted a planning application to Trafford Borough Council to convert the 2.8ha Green Belt site of its World of Pets and Leisure and World of Water concessions into a residential development of 15 detached two and three-bedroom houses and two blocks each made up of four apartments.
