This set contains 100 - 36 mm planting pellets individually wrapped in a fine mesh netting. The netting keeps the shredded peat contained so your seeds have a firm foundation for germination and rooting. Easy to use - we use warm water to expand the pellets. Once they have expanded and the water has cooled, you drop your seed in the hole in the center, wiggle the mesh netting a bit to cover the seed and that's all there is to it!
