~~HEIRLOOM VARIETY~~~ ~~~POND PLANTS~~~(Perennial in warm zones) "Water Lettuce" variety (Pistia stratiotes) 1 plant/order. This is a wonderful pond plant; It floats atop the pond so you have no worries about planting, it reproduces abundantly via runners & fills the pond in no time. It produces produces small white flowers that are insignificant. They ride the water top while their filtering root systems suspend downwards & is great in dirty ponds as it helps oxegonate the water. Approximately 8" tall. It creates lovely rosettes of apple green foliage that is soft & velvety! ~~~ALL PLANTS ARE DUG THE DAY OF SHIPMENT.
