This hand trowel is 100 percent made in the United States. This trowel is made with high-grade 1010 cold rolled steel. The handle is welded not riveted for strength and will not bend when using it in tough soils like clay. We have also chosen to powder coat the trowel for protection and longevity, versus the exposed metal like other products. There also is a depth gauge embossed on the face of the trowel in both inches and centimeters. The handle is made from Ash wood sourced here in the United States. The handle source is conservation minded and does control cuts and replants trees and is a member of FSC.org.
